He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelton Kem and Ann; and his parents-in-law, Nilo Francis Inciardi and Marj Inciardi. He is survived by: his brother Bob Kem; his wife Suzanne Kem of Ponca City, OK; his children, Kevin Kem of Atlanta, GA and Cara; his son-in-law Rick Cassens of Ponca City, OK; his grandchildren, Scarlette and Clint; his siblings-in-law, Marc, Pam Inciardi of Kansas City, KS, Annette, Robert Gomez of Canyon Lake, TX, Gina and Larry Ressler of Arcadia, OK; his nieces and nephews, Mike, Matt Kem, Larry, Logan Ressler, Ashley Huppe, Erin Angotti and Gillian Aquino; his cousin Jill; his children, Cindy Watson of Ponca City and Eric Chambray of Las Vegas, NV.; and also Anne of Spokane, WA.
