Though Bill may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bill leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert George and Marian Mae Burns (Kihega); his great grandchild Desmond Arkeketa; and his sisters, Evelyn Kihega and Bea Lammers.
He is survived by: his wife Joni Burns of Ponca City, OK; his children, Jon Burns (Genie) of Cold Spring, TX and Bobbie Taylor of Ponca City, OK; and his stepchildren, Jarod Spencer of Ponca City, OK and Kate Spencer of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family.
