In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Arthur leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Arthur may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sisney Sr. and Opal Fern Potts; and his wife Donna Sue Sisney (Hallmark). He is survived by: his children, Arthur Paul, Diana Gayle and John Cary; and his siblings, Kent, Kat, Leroy and Jimmy. He is also survived by his three children, seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at 1206 S. Waverly Street, Ponca City, OK 74601.
