He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ray and Elva Ola Boyd Crutchfield; his wife Carolyn; and his siblings, Dale Crutchfield, Charlene Jordan and Varnice Jackson.
He is survived by: his sons, Wade Crutchfield (Pam) and Charles Crutchfield (Donna); his sisters, Carolyn Hughes and Linda Green (Randall); his grandchildren, Amanda Hall (Ian), Erin Arreola (Chris), Katelyn Rando and Samuel Crutchfield; and his great grandchild Trent Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
