With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Sue Rafferty (Ponca City, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 23, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Emblin Brown and Thompie Estelle Dossey; her husband Phillip Martin Rafferty; her sister Belva Leota Brown; her close friend Dennis Bolding; and her children, Michael Rafferty (Connie) of Torrington, Marty Rafferty (Laura) of Liberty, Carla Rafferty (Gayle Williams) of Ponca City and Marc Rafferty (Michelle) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Disabled American Veterans organization.
