Alice Dorene Hamby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Dorene Hamby (Ponca City, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 22, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Dent and Alma Dent (Collins); her significant other Eddie Barnes; and her brothers, Garland and Lester Dent.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Bliss (Cathy) of Newkirk and Rick Bliss (Jan) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Angela Bliss, Rance Bliss, Cassy Bliss, Jason Bliss, Amanda Bliss, Misty Cook, Amber Gordon, Kelly Marshall, Brandon Horinek, Brandi Maupin, Misti Correll, Jase Locke and Seth Locke; and her pets, Rocko and Minnie. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Alice's honor to the Opportunity Center, 2225 N. Union, Ponca City, OK 74601.
