He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Ada Howell (Pennington); and his siblings, Carol Sharum and Woodrow Howell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ada Howell; his brother John Howell of Greenwood, AR; and his stepchildren, Jennifer Piaquido of Fort Smith and Jason Allenof Huntington. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
