It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Alan Baker of Pocola, Oklahoma, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Baker and Frances Gwin Baker. He is survived by: his wife Neva Risley-Baker; his children, Samuel Archie (Karen) of Wilburton, Kathy Dybwald (Eric) of Bokoshe, Sheila Wright of Springdale and James Sturm of Pocola; his brother Mike Baker of Ohio; and his grandsons, Christopher and Jason Archie.
