He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan David Jones and Leather Esther Norton Jones; and his brothers, Norton, Uzziel, Jolly and Garland Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Smith Jones of Pocola, Oklahoma; his children, Denisa Boss (Anthony Thomas) of Dallas Texas, Shannon (Jack Williams), Crystal Roberts (Michael Bounds) of Paragould, AR and Mark Coleman of Redwood City, California; his grandchildren, Joseph Gregory (April Gregory) of Spiro, Ryan Bounds of Paragould, AR and LynnLee; his son Stevie Frost of Crown Point, Indiana; his brothers, Marlon Jones (Joy) of Ventura, California and Eddie; and his sister-in-law Kathy Coleman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
