He was predeceased by: his wife Angie Grabowski; and his siblings, Linda Embry, Floyd Skaggs and Roger Skaggs. He is survived by: his siblings, Sonya Johnson of Speedway, Donna Canzoneri of California, Kathy Rogers of Arkoma, Debbie McFadden of Fort Smith, Penny Price of Van Buren, Arkansas, Michael Skaggs of Barling, Pat Skaggs of Indianapolis and Roy Skaggs of Pocola; his nephews, Chris Rogers of Van Buren and Scott Spears, Jr. of Indianapolis; and his niece Wendy Williams of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
