He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bullard and Clara Thompson Bullard; his brother Joe Carl Bullard; and his nephew Joe Davidson "Jody" Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Charles "Lynn" Bullard and Bradley "Shawn" Bullard (Kristen) of Alma, AR; his sister-in-law Barbara Bullard of Washington State; his grandchildren, Grace, Emma Bullard of Alma, Rylan and Reagan Bullard; his niece Sandra Bullard Jenkins (Jeff); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jeffery, Brittany of Mooresville, NC, Travis and Zachary Bullard. He is also survived by great grand nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
