He was predeceased by: his father John Robert Evans. He is survived by: his mother Rita Marie Evans (Shilling); his daughters, Kayleigh Skaggs, Tara Spangler-Evans and Jessica Evans; and his grandchildren, Delilah Dixon and Kenleigh Dixon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
