She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Borum and Avie Elmore Borum; her husband Billy Perkins; her grandson Daniel Gillooley; and her son-in-law John Fleek.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Martin of Pocola, Janet Fleek of Pocola, Billy W. Perkins of Pocola, Stanley L. Perkins (Terry) of Fulton, NY and Al Paraon of Pocola; her brother Darrell Borum (Brenda) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Chrissy Fritts, Dale Allison, Sara Egan and Samantha Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Brent, Derick Fritts, William and Stanlyn Egan.
