We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025, at the age of 83, Margarette Earl Mitchell of Pocola, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Dumas and Eugenia Dumas (Smith); her husband Ilson "Jeri" Mitchell, Jr.; her daughter Susan Schneider; her grandson Eric Boyd; and her sister Clydene Privett.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Sloan; her son-in-law Ron Sloan; her grandchildren, Scott Boyd, Katie Schneider, Logan Sloan and Clayton Sloan (Savannah); and her great grandchildren, Clayton Boyd, Andrew Boyd and River Sloan.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the U. S. National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
