It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Raymond Stewart of Pocola, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 31, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Mae Cumbie and Grover Cleveland Stewart; and his siblings, Mary Perkins, Alma Ruth Stewart, Isabelle Bethel, Norma Frizzell, Dallas Stewart, Floyd Stewart, Herbert Stewart and Harris Stewart.

He is survived by: his wife Deanna Stewart; and his children, Kim Young, Wade Stewart, Kenny Rogers, David Rogers and Dennis Rogers. He is also survived by grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
