He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Hillard and Helen Marie Williams (Wallace); his wife Gail Williams; and his brother Jimmy Don Williams. He is survived by: his close friend Pam Dixon; his children, Jenifer Proffitt Graham and Robby Williams; his stepchildren, Erica Peters, Jamie Suter and Bobby Dixon; and his siblings, Judy Stephens, Hilda Stratton, Margaret Mitchell, Bobby Joe Williams, Tony Williams, Ronny Williams and Ricky Williams. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
