He is survived by: his wife Virginia Spangler (Hunt); his children, Alan Spangler (Monica) and Becky Horne (Justin); his stepdaughters, Tammy Winfrey (Daniel) and Tina Johnson; his grandchildren, Rachel Spangler, Brandon Spangler, Austin Harvey, Shelby Tuskey, Eric White and Aleigha Johnson; and his sister Deborah Spangler. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
