She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Neal and Mildred Neal (Gray); and her brother Billy Wayne Neal. She is survived by: her sons, Jay (Christy Williams) and William (Robbin Cantrell); her grandchildren, Gage Cantrell, Mason Cantrell, Taylor Williams, Taryn Williams and Tanner Williams; and her great grandchild Lylah Vae Cantrell. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
