He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Charles "Lynn" Bullard and Bradley "Shawn" Bullard (Kristen) of Alma, Ark.; his sister-in-law Barbara Bullard of Washington; his grandchildren, Grace, Emma Bullard of Alma, Rylan and Reagan Bullard; his niece Sandra Bullard Jenkins (Jeff); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jeffery, Brittany of Mooresville, N. C., Travis and Zachary Bullard. He is also survived by great-grand-nephews; and other relatives, loved ones and friends.
