She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Martin and Betty Martin; her husband Perry Lewis; her daughter Janice Marie Lewis; and her siblings, Shirley Scott, Carolyn Young, Gary Martin and Tommy Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Lewis of Kiowa, OK and Gail Lewis of Lake Dallas, TX; her brother Rex Martin of Brewer, OK; and her grandchildren, Kyle and Kaitlyn Lewis.
