He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Franklin and Bessie Sullivan (Winslett); his wife Billie Faye Sullivan; his parents-in-law, Sherman and Alma Nichols; his siblings-in-law, Arlene Nichols, Willard Nichols, Bob Nichols, Donald Nichols, Kenneth Nichols, John Nichols, James Nichols, Clyde "Red" Nichols and Eugene Nichols; and his foster brother Allan Echols.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Cross (Jimmy), Jimmy Sullivan (Cindy) of Pittsburg and Joe Sullivan of Pittsburg; his grandchildren, Jimmy Sullivan, Jr. of Chockie, Holly Sweetin (Jared) of Pittsburg, Ty Sullivan of Pittsburg, Ariel Cross of Dennison, Jameson Cross of Pittsburg, Erin Cross of Pittsburg, Emilee Cross of Pittsburg and Carter Cross of Pittsburg; his great grandchildren, Landon Sullivan, Jaxon Sullivan, Reyden Sweetin, Sadie Sweetin and Josie Sweetin; his sister Ruth Hearod; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Doyle, Beverly Nichols, Carlene Nichols, Georgia Ann Nichols, Jeanine Nichols and Sherman Nichols (Doka). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
