He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shannon of Pittsburg, OK; his son Marty Shannon; his daughter-in-law Karrie Shannon; his granddaughter Katelyn Shannon of McAlester, OK; and his siblings, Gaile Shannon (Mary) of Kiowa, OK, Paul Shannon (Linda) of Pittsburg, OK, Willie Jo Reed of Hayesville, KS and Tommye McLennan of Pittsburg, OK. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins, as well as friends.
