He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Neal and Ruby Neal (Crowson); his brother Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Neal and Gene Cody.
He is survived by: his sister Noma Cody; his niece Treva Billinger; and his nephews, Clellen Cody, Ty Cody, Jimmie Neal and Jerry Neal. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home - McAlester (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501).
