She is survived by: her husband William Howard Smith Jr.; her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Linda Smith of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Mike Davis (Dana) of Tahlequah, Melissa Micheli (Joe) of Long Beach, Jessica Keyser (Cody) of Piedmont and Tyler Smith (Jenna) of Yukon; and her great grandchildren, Leightyn, Koen Keyser, Emery, Grayson Smith, Emerson and Elliana Taylor.
