He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Howard McNeil and Ruth Mabel Harp McNeil; and his brother Kris Howard McNeil. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Roy McNeil II, Michelle McNeil Mashaney and Ken; his wives, Shirley and Dana; his children, Corinne Maag (Michael), William Roy, Kasey Hendrix, Sutton and Christopher Mashaney; his sister Rita Schapka (Phillip); and also, Patrick and Nicholas.
