We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2020, at the age of 65, Karen Lynn Garland (Piedmont, Oklahoma), born in Lindsay, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Lee Capps (Adams) and Ralph Capps; and her brother Lynn Ray Capps. She is survived by: her children, Tiffani Spristerbach (Matthew) of Piedmont and Jared Thomas Avant (Elizabeth) of Birmingham, Alabama. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
