He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Young and Frances Young; and his daughters, Faith and Charity Young. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Young; his son Joe A. Young (Amy); his granddaughters, Bailey and Delaney Young; and his brothers, Ronald, George and Frank Young.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents and his twin daughters, Faith and Charity Young.
