She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Lee and Mary Ann Bohanan; her daughter Anna Mae Smith; and her grandson Paul D. Duran Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Verne L. "Jay" McIntyre; her daughters, Phyllis Clark (John), Pam Butler (Dan) and Karrie McIntyre; and her sisters, Elwanda Lundy (Dean) and Amo Jean Griffin (Charlie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
