He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Audrey Mae Watson (Evans); and his sisters, Bobbie Connell, Juanita Priebat and Dee Dee Neely.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Watson; his children, Chris Watson of Colorado, Julie, Jed Chappell of Edmond, OK and Carly Watson; his stepchildren, Tabitha Phillips, Mike and Debbie Phillips of Piedmont, OK; his siblings, Robert, Patricia Watson of Eugene, OR, Mona and Chris Rock of Destin, FL; his brother-in-law Jerry Priebat; his grandchildren, Conner Smith of Ratliff City, OK, Angel Chappell of Tulsa, OK, Kyler Smith of Norman, OK, Jaxon Chappell, Katie Phillips of Piedmont, OK, Tiffany Watson of Guthrie, OK and Ryan Ellis of Guthrie, OK; and his pets, Snow and Annie. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; 21 nieces and nephews.
