It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Jean Freeland of Piedmont, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmet Fowler and Opal Fowler (King); her son Robert Lee Freeland; her siblings, Emmet Fowler, Jr. and Judith Burkett; her sisters-in-law, Robena Fowler and Judy Fowler; and her niece Gail Fowler.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ronald Freeland; her children, Joseph Ronald Freeland, Jr. (Sandra), Linda Ann Freeland, Thomas Jay Freeland (Donna) and Cinda Jean Freeland Meadors (Mark); and her brother John Jay Fowler of Frederick. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
