He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brakefield; his children, Chris, Warren, Debbie, April and Tami; his grandchildren, Landon, Destiny, Lauryn, Wendi, Matt, Christina and Sara; and his sister Dean. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
