We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2025, at the age of 86, Maudie Maxine Stuart of Pickens, Oklahoma, born in Ringold, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Bryant and Louanna Bryant (Deweis); her husband William Howard Stuart, Sr.; her children, Robert Lee "Bob" Stuart and Judy Lynn Stuart; her siblings, Lawrence Bryant, Ernest Bryant, Hershel Bryant, Lloyd "Pig" Bryant, Melvin "Cat" Bryant, Mamie Trammell and Lois McIntosh; and her close friend Jim Skaggs.
She is survived by: her children, William Howard "Joker" Stuart, Jr. (Faith) of Ringold, OK, Aline Joyce "Susie" Whitfield (Robert) of Golden, OK and Floyd Sanford. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren, along with a host of other friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Valliant (201 East Wilson St, Valliant, OK 74764). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stuart Family Cemetery Stuart Family Cemetery.
