She is survived by: her sister Verlita Sugar (Chris) of Tahlequah, OK.; her husband Steven Dale of Picher, OK.; her daughters, Stephanie West (Todd West) of Hulbert, OK and Sonya Wynn (Marty Wynn) of Hulbert, OK.; her great grandchildren, Ty (Shana West), Spencer and Trey West; her grandchildren, Cole (Katelyn McNeil), Gracie, Daylee McNeil, Meg and Jered Wynn; her great grandchildren, Saylor, Theo West, Karter and Blakely McNeil; her nieces and nephews, Scott Sapulpa, Ray Welch, John Welch, Justin Sugar, Joseph Welch, Jennifer Thompson, Chrissie, Summer Sugar, Lanette ORourke and Janette Welch; and her sisters, Esther Gee and Augusta "Gus" Smith.
