She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Stout and Iva Lee Stout (Howell); her husband Donald Bay; her siblings, Norma Zemp, Evelyn Spillman and Everett Stout; and her son-in-law Gary Mack.

She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Bay, Cheryl Mack, Donna Gallaway (Marty) and Shelby Wagner (Evan); her grandchildren, Ryan Bay (Denise), Greg Gallaway (Lisa), Travis Gallaway (Jennifer), Julie Simmons (Steve) and Bryson Wagner; her great grandchildren, Bryer Bay, Daxton Gallaway, Savannah Cantu, Grayson Gallaway, Tyler Smith, Brady Simmons and Halie Simmons; and her friend Denise Bay.
