He was predeceased by: his mother Norma L Buller Green. He is survived by: his father Ted Green; his siblings, David Green of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Becky L. Green Dyer (David) of Blairsville, Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Dyer, Christopher Dyer, Landin Green, Abigail Green and Whitney Dyer.
