He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervyn Emmett Green and Mary Nettie Lebow Green; his wife Norma L. Buller Green; his son Warren Ross Green; and his brothers, Jack Green, Bill Green, John Green and Jerry Green.
He is survived by: his children, David Allen Green of Broken Arrow and Becky L Green Dyer (David) of Blairsville, GA; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Christopher, Whitney Dyer, Abigail Green Bohannan and Landin Green.
