It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sondra J. Plachy of Perry, Oklahoma, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Michele Plachy-Rubin; and her parents, Melvin Self and Inez Self. She is survived by: her son Mike; her family, Sondra, Mike and Michele; her husband Jon Plachy; her daughter-in-law Karen Plachy; her grandchildren, Meghan, Madeline, Mallory Plachy and Max Rubin; her sister Melva Jones; and also Dr. Mark Rubin (Shelly). She is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
