He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Lewis and Ruth Lewis (Hand); his son Duane; his granddaughter Brandy Lynn Leniger; and his brother-in-law C. F. "Sonny" Karcher.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lewis (Karcher); his daughters, Brenda Kay Leniger of Sayre, OK and Kathy Gayle Conrady of Wakita, OK; his grandchildren, Bradly Duane Leniger, Tysea Rae Miller of Newton, KS, Emilee Carrisalez of Altus, OK and Cloe Recheal Decker; his sister Rosalie Warner of Ponca City, OK; his nephew Troy Don Karcher; and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Grant Jr., Deloris and Joann. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
