Cermak (Savanah) of Perry; his grandchildren, Celia Cermak of Dallas, Xander Cermak of Perry and Ash Cermak of Perry; and his sisters, Catherine Oden of Perry, Anna Shelton (Leonard) of Perry, Greta Cermak of Stillwater and Rita Crane (Mike) of Stillwater. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
