She is survived by: her parents, Mike Koehn and Myrna Koehn (Zielke) of Protection, KS; her children, Logan Cook, Jaxson Cook and Emersyn Cook of Perry, OK; her siblings, Karen Leterle of Protection, KS and Curtis Koehn (Cody Jo) of Beaver, OK; and her nieces, Eliesha Leterle and Katie Leterle of Protection, KS..
