He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin W. Randall and Blanche Randall (Bottenfield); his wife Elaine Worthington; his grandchildren, Daniel Jason Brown and Lori Beth Brown; and his brothers, Max (Anna Lou Randall) and Neil Randall.
He is survived by: his children, Steve, Dallas Cowboy, Pasadena, Terri Brown (Don), Stephen Randall (Lori), Bruce Randall (Robbin), Wally Randall (Linda Westerman) and Aaron Randall (Christine); and his grandchildren, Darrah Frazier, Stephenie Brewer (Jeremy), Heather Hatfield (David), Kylee Randall, Jacob Randall (Logann), Chad Randall (Whitney), Trevor Randall (Amber), Samantha Morrison (Ryan), Dustin Randall (Jordan), Andrew Randall, Caitlin Randall and Tanner Randall. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to Noble County FFA and 4-H clubs in honor of Richard who loved supporting the young people of Noble County.
