He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Kukuk and Anna A. Kukuk (Feken); and his brothers, Herman (Audrey Kukuk) and Harold (Lillie Kukuk). He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Jennifer Wilson (Randy) of Lahoma, Connie Trotter of Missouri, Bob Kukuk of Oklahoma, Curtis Kukuk of Oregan and Arthur Kukuk of Oregan; and his grandchildren, Cadence Wilson, Kelsie Wilson and Barrett Wilson.
