He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dean Smith and Frances Anna Smith (Patterson). He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Edwards (Darrell) and Renee'Moore (Bryan); his grandchildren, Conner Moore, Sydney Haller (Joshua), Isaiah Moore, Chelsea Edwards, Benjamin Edwards (Zipporah) and Dakota Eason; and his great grandchildren, Angelica Conway and Benjamin Edwards, Jr..
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Hill Cemetery Memorial (500 Memorial Dr, Perry, OK 73077).
