She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Stout and Iva Lee Stout (Howell); her husband Glen Howard Zemp; and her siblings, Everett Stout and Evelyn Spillman.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Zemp (Beverly) of Stillwater and Steve Zemp (Shelia) of Perry, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Jeremy Zemp (Amanda) of Stillwater, Ashley Pritchett (Michael) of Piedmont, Stephanie Cookerly (Seth) of Perkins and Seleste Balderson (Jesse) of Perry, Oklahoma; and her sister Wynema Bay of Perry.
