He was predeceased by: his wife Francis Joan Smith (Joni); and his mother Lillie Ramming. He is survived by: his children, Marty Smith (Jeanie) of Eufaula and Julie Smith Adams (Daniel) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Tad (Martina Smith), Haley Smith Lipkin (Jack) of Roseburg, Beau Adams and Christopher Adams of Tulsa; and his siblings, Darrel Duggan, Ray Barrett of Baytown and Ruby Demers of Waterbury. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made Physicians Choice Hospice.
