She is survived by: her husband Mark Spears of Perry, Oklahoma; her children, Jessica Willis (Garben) of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Sean Johnson of Perry, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Michael Sham (Colleen) of Florida, Paul Clark of Oklahoma and Zachary Clark of Arizona.
