She is survived by: her children, Joy Gilbreath (Jay), Jan Kukuk (Tony) and James Curtis (Cheryl); her siblings, Gerald Musick (Florene Musick), Roger Musick (Deborah), Craig Musick (Susan), Sandra Little (James) and Kimberly Hefley (Daniel); her grandchildren, Joshua, Rhiannon Gilbreath, Jacob, Kara Gilbreath, Brant, Amy Kukuk, Trevor, Sydney Kukuk, Camber Curtis and Callie Curtis; and her great grandchildren, Alli Kukuk, Emery Kukuk, Lacey Kukuk, Baby Kukuk, Silas Gilbreath, Lennon Gilbreath and Baby Gilbreath. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews.
