She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Moore and Hazel McMullen Moore; her husband Gary Billingsley; and her siblings, Marilyn Eby, Kenneth Dalrymple and Donald Dalrymple.
She is survived by: her children, Darren Billingsley (Tammy) of Perry, Dana Eckhart (Brian) of Edmond and Dawna Hinman (Roy) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Joshua Billingsley (Brianna) of Lucien, Jordan Billingsley (Myranda) of Lucien, Sydney Eckhart of Edmond, Zachary Eckhart of Edmond, Emily Eckhart of Edmond, Bailey Holt (Lacy) and Parker Hughes of Tonkawa; her great grandchildren, Benjamin Stoll of Billings, Darcy Billingsley of Lucien and Sawyer Billingsley of Lucien; and her sister Phyllis Oliphant. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
