James Dean Waggoner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dean Waggoner in Perry, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Waggoner and Ella Mae Waggoner (McIntyre); his wife Shirley; his stepson Jake O'Neal; and his siblings, Bobbye LaRochelle, Charles Ray Waggoner, Mary Ruth Fulmer, DonAne Bellmon, Max Waggoner, Wilfred Waggoner and Winifred.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Jason O'Neal and Patrick O'Neal. He is also survived by three great grandsons, and a great-great granddaughter, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name payable to the Billings Baptist Church or any organization of choice.
