He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cyril and Frances Margaret Patak; his sisters, Agnes, Mildred and Mary; and his stepsons, Steve Goodell and Michael Goodell.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his stepchildren, Alicia Cramer of Cleveland, OK and Johnny Cramer of Perry, OK; and his siblings, Frances Peal of Dallas, TX, George Patak (Delores) of Perry, OK, Cecilia Severin of Garber, OK, Charles Patak (Judy) of Garber, OK, Henrietta Burkhart of Colorado Spring, CO and Catherine Heilman (Bill) of Springhill, KS.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews in the Gilley family and 36 nieces and nephews.
